Egypt Sacred Journey

Let Katy take you on a sacred journey to Karnak and the Temple of Sekhmet. Commune with the fierce Lioness Goddess of Healing to transform obstructions and negative energy, empowering your Solar Plexus and activating you in your strength and power.

Sacred Journey through Egypt

Do you feel called to the land of Egypt?  Do you long to discover your past lives and connect with the temples of ancient times?  On this sacred pilgrimage, we will travel down the Nile and enter the temples and sacred sites, connecting with the energy of the Neteru, the Gods and Godessess of ancient Egypt.

Our journey begins in Luxor, the ancient capital of Thebes, and the magnificent Karnak temple, gateway to the mysteries, where you will be initiated with Sekhmet, Goddess of fierce healing power and alchemical transformation. In the place of Amun Ra, you will walk through the seven gates and begin the process of inner transformation and healing.

Our group will enjoy sharing circles and healing chakra meditations, as we travel to the temples of Hathor at Denderah, Queen Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Queens, the precinct of Sekhmet Mut, and embark on our boat trip down the Nile. This most magical and mysterious of all rivers is pure healing, and as our journey unfolds, awakening happens naturally with the vibrations of the land.

Along the Nile we will visit the temples of Horus and Sobek, connecting with the Divine Masculine and the deep kundalini energy. We will also explore the amazing quarries at Gebel Silsila, and lesser know places along the way. Meditating on deck, under the sun and stars, becoming one with the elements, having the time to journal and reflect, will allow you to deepen into the powerful Goddess energies and activations received.

Arriving at Aswan, our journey culminates with the Isis temple at Philae Island, and a day trip to Abu Simbel out in the desert. We will integrate all the energies into the Heart chakra and complete our sacred journey.

Throughout the trip, you will have access to individual healing support if desired, and time to connect with soul family in an intimate friendly group. Working with Egyptian oils, Sekhem healing, chakra activations and sharing circles, you will have the opportunity to be reborn as you reconnect with your ancient lives, returning and reawakening to embody your true soul essence.

Places are limited to 12 travellers.

Our Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Luxor: our rep will meet you at the airport, assist you with your luggage, and check you into the 5* Luxor hotel. Our group of spirit travellers will meet for our first circle on the banks of the Nile, and enjoy a welcome dinner together.

Luxor Temple at night: our trip starts with an evening visit to Luxor Temple, lit up in splendour, as we are guided through this temple arranged in the shape of a human being. We will meditate in the ascension room, the holy of holies.

Day 2: Karnak Temple: we will visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, gateway to the mysteries, and spend the day meditating there while being guided around by our English speaking Egyptologist. This temple is dedicated to Amun Ra, the great hidden God, and is the largest temple complex in the world.

Private Access with Sekhmet: our group will enjoy private ceremony entering the seven gates of Sekhmet and P’tah, and spending time inside the Chapel of Sekhmet, the lioness Goddess of healing power. Sekhmet relates to the Sekhem energy, the “power of powers”, and the Violet flame. Here you will be able to meet Sekhmet and ask her to transform your obstructions.

Transformation and release ceremony on the banks of the Nile

Day 3: Abydos – Temple of Seti 1: one of the most beautiful and mysterious temples in Egypt, this temple has seven chambers for the seven major neteru and the seven chakras. A pilgrimage place of Osiris since ancient times, the most ancient Osirion is where Isis found the head of her beloved Osiris. The Neter of nature and fertility, he died and was resurrected by his Queen, then died again and became Lord of the Underworld.

Denderah – the Hathor Temple: we journey on to Denderah and the Goddess Hathor. This temple was a centre of healing and medicinal treatments, and had a healing pool in the grounds which people would travel to from miles around. Hathor relates to motherhood, fertility, love, magic, and all aspects of childbirth and female health. The wife of Horus, she is the beloved cow-headed Goddess. Our group will enter the crypt which is a sacred place of meditation, and connect with the energies of Hathor. We will see the famous Denderah Zodiac, and the chamber of the Resurrection of Osiris.

Day 4: Temple of Queen Hatshepsut: the mortuary temple for Pharoah Hatshepsut is built directly into the rock face, and considered to be one of the most stunning temples in Egypt. Hatshepsut declared herself to be the daughter of Amun Ra, and she built her temple lined up precisely with Karnak. Here we will tune into the energies of the Divine Feminine and this powerful Queen.

Valley of the Kings: visit to the Valley of the Kings, where we will see royal tombs with the option to see the tomb of Tutankhamun and others.

Check into Nile Cruise: our private Dahabiya sailing boat awaits us, where we will enjoy a welcome lunch and set sail for Edfu. A Dahabiya is truly a sublime way to experience the Nile river, in comfort and privacy, close to the water, under the sky.

Day 5: Temple of Horus at Edfu: we arrive at Edfu and visit the beautiful Temple of the Falcon God. Horus represents the Living Pharoah, the Divine Masculine, and the Victorious one. On this Goddess retreat, we will connect with the sacred exalted masculine energy and the breath of life, to balance the Divine Feminine. We sail on and spend our second night on the boat.

Day 6: we spend the day sailing down the Nile, river of infinite mysteries, meditating on deck, journaling, integrating, and continuing our healing processes. We spend our third night on the boat, docking at Gebel Silsila.

Day 7: Gebel-el-Silsila: this was an important sandstone quarry site for the temples of the eighteenth dynasty to Greco-Roman times. Many intriguing shrines and stelae can be found here. Temple of Kom Ombo: this imposing temple is dedicated to both Sobek and Horus. When Horus went to war with Set, Ma’at decreed that this sacred space be shared. There is a holy of holies for both, and the temple is split down the middle. Here we meditate on the Victory of the Light over the darkness. The sublime energy of Horus is contrasted with the deep kundalini energy of Sobek the crocodile deity. We spend our fourth night on the boat, with a traditional Egyptian celebration party.

Day 8: Check into Aswan hotel: we arrive at Aswan and check into our hotel.

Philae Island Temple of Isis: we will take a small boat to Philae Island, the “Pearl of Egypt”, and the great Isis Temple. This temple has the heart vibration and the energy of Mother Isis herself, Queen, High Priestess, Spiritual Master, Alchemist and Great Magician. Here we meditate on anchoring the Isis energy into the heart chakra. Isis was able to use magic to discover the secret names of Ra, and after putting the pieces of her husband back together, she restored Osiris to life and conceived their son, Horus. This is how she resurrected the sacred Divine Masuline. While Horus was a boy, she hid in the marshlands and went through many transformations to protect him. Magical transformation is one of her gifts.

Visit Aswan markets: free time in the famous spice markets and bazaars of Aswan soaking up the energy and picking up some keepsakes.

Day 9: Optional Trip to Abu Simbel: early morning drive through the desert to Abu Simbel, the Temples of Rameses and Nefertari. These temples are stunningly beautiful, in a peaceful location by Lake Nasser. This brings our journey to a close.

Free time in Aswan: optional boat trips, camel rides, swim in the Nile, explore the Nubian village.

Closing circle: we will integrate and embody what we have learned on this trip of a lifetime.

We can also visit the second Great Pyramid of Giza, which has the Divine Feminine energy, and the surrounding area. Our group will move onto the legendary Sphinz of Giza, the oldest monument on the planet, and a powerful stargate.

Cairo Museum: we will have the opportunity to explore the original Cairo museum, designed by a French architect, which still has many good artefacts inside, before they are moved across to the Grand Egyptian Museum later this year.

Khan el khalili: an optional trip to the famous Cairo bazaars for those who wish to explore the colourful sights, sounds and smells and gather some trinkets

Day 12: Abu Ghorab: our guide will take us to Abu Ghorab, a lesser travelled site where we will see the Solar Disk of Ra, and the Pyramid of Nyuserre. This site is full of mysterious stone basins and is the ruined Temple of Ra.
